Your outfit should reflect you personality. Maybe you want to dress for an adventure or maybe you want to go formal. Consider how your attire can fit with your session location.

Some locations can be super crowded. While a session at the beach, a popular park or Disneyland can be great, it may not be ideal for you.

Do you love nature? Did you go to a fair on your first date? While a beautiful garden might be fun for some, maybe it isn't the perfect location for you.

As seasons shift so does temperature, sunset times, foliage and crowds. Not all locations are a great choice year round.

At Three16 Photography we value the importance of connecting with our clients, hearing their love story and capturing the moments that matter most. We would love to connect with you and make you apart of the Three16 Photography family.
We truly love all the parks that Orange County has to offer. Some are standard parks with playgrounds for kids and some are nothing but pure nature. Then sometimes you come across a park that combines them both, and that’s what you will get with Serrano Creek Park. Serrano Creek Park in Lake Forest is a special place for Three16 Photography to photograph your engagement photos that can be cherished.
The park starts out at Serrano Creek Park and Trabuco Rd near the Serrano Creek Ranch Equestrian Center and runs about two miles long to Bake Parkway. What started out as just a land full of nature, the city cleared a section out and made the park more family friendly by adding a playground for kids. The area now includes a park shelter, bbq, picnic areas and restrooms. In addition, it has a walking path that leads you into the nature part of this park. Once we get into the park is where the beauty of your engagement photos will really standout.
The park has a real rustic feel to it with a eucalyptus grove that lines the creek along with willows and horse trails that come from the equestrian center. There is a running stream with a bridge that you can cross over on, a variety of birds, and a lot of tall trees. Our favorite is this one particular large oak tree.
At Serrano Creek Park there really isn’t a good place for your photo session to take place at.
