The Colony House can accommodate up to 500 of your closest friends and family members and offers unique spaces within the property that can be customized to your liking. You will be glad to know that despite what spaces you opt for, The Colony House is rented in its entirety and therefore, individual spaces are not available for rent to other parties on the same date and time as yours is.

The Great Room - Fully exposed brick wall, a vaulted craftsman style ceiling, and reclaimed wood accents.

The Loft - Overlooking The Great Room, The Loft features wall-to-wall windows, wood panel flooring, and its own private bar and restrooms.

The Patio - The fully enclosed open-air space resides just off The Great Room. It features both an exquisite natural living wall with different varieties of succulents and a warm and cozy fireplace.

The Backyard – This paved space can be transformed into a full outdoor-tented venue or entertainment area.
