This anti-mall is a hipster-style mall that has that modern warehouse look to it with great little shops and amazing food locations. The reason we love shooting engagement photo sessions here is for all the characteristics this place has that will give your photos so much personality. And if this fits your lifestyle, then there is no better place than The Lab.

For great photos ideas, this place has taken old Winnebago-style trailers and gutted them out and turned them into little shops, several barrels that have been turned into fountains and other similar type of intricate items that again, make for some great backdrops to your photos. There are also several benches to sit on, and some of those benches have been painted in various colors, as well as some of the trees.

As much as we love the uniqueness of this location, the biggest drawback is that it is definitely crowded here, and odds are you will have people in the background of some of your photos. In some cases, we can use them as backdrops. Something else to consider, not only does The Lab Anti-Mall engagement photos being photographed here require a permit, it is very heavily enforced. So be sure to get that squared away before we meet for the photo session.
