SANTA MONICA BEACH
Photographing engagement sessions in Los Angeles is one of our most favorite forms of photography that we do. Working with great couples in so many highly recognizable locations that the county bring us, give us great joy. One of those destinations that we recommend is the Santa Monica Beach. Santa Monica Beach engagement photos taken by Three16 Photography will make for gorgeous photos that will last forever.
The Santa Monica Beach, which stretches out for three and a half miles, is located along the coast between Pacific Palisades and Venice Beach and will be some of the softest sand you will ever walk your bare feet on. Santa Monica Beach is also home to the famous Santa Monica Pier, which includes Pacific Park and the iconic Ferris wheel, as well as other amazing things to see, do and incorporate into your session. And speaking of iconic, the Welcome to Santa Monica signage is a very popular photographic spot as well.
There are other nice beaches in LA, but the Santa Monica Beach is a very popular location to hold your engagement photo session at. Besides for the Pier itself, there are also plenty of other activities in the area that we can incorporate into your engagement shoot. You can rent bikes to ride along the coast, surf together, go paddle boarding, or go for a nice walk along the Ocean Front Walk, home to shops and restaurants. And of course, ice cream.
