When it comes to urban architecture locations in the Los Angeles area, our absolute favorite location hands down is the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The architecture of this building is just fun and stunning. The Walt Disney Concert Hall is home to the LA Philharmonic. If you are considering your engagement photo shoot at the Walt Disney Concert Hall, we recommend having them done towards the end of the day starting just before sunset. That way we can still get in some shots with natural sunlight, shots during the sunset and some from the lights of the building and the city.

Unfortunately, unless you arrange with them ahead of time, we will not be able to shoot your photographs inside the Concert Hall, but there are some really nice areas outside the building, including a very photogenic staircase and garden area up on the roof. There are also some really reflective mirrored parts of the building that make for some fun photos as well.

One of the nice aspects of shooting here is that if we have more time there are other locations within a short walking distance that we can shoot additional photos at. There is the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, the Ahmanson Theater, Grand Park, LA City Hall and the LA Department of Water and Power, among others.

We really get excited about shooting Walt Disney Concert Hall engagement photos at this location as we have not seen architecture like this anywhere else and it is a fun place to be at. In addition, the Concert Hall really gives off some unique vibes that it is just amazing being there.
