We say unique because it encompasses a wide variety of options that some of the other beaches either don’t have or each one might have an aspect you like, but not all at one location. Corona del Mar State Beach runs about a half-mile long. It is often referred to as Big Corona Beach because just down the street at the end of that half mile is Little Corona del Mar Beach. As large as Corona del Mar State Beach Park is, it really is broken down into three smaller beaches. To the north is Pirate’s Cove Beach, the main beach itself and the aforementioned Little Corona del Mar Beach. Each area has its own personality.

In addition, Corona del Mar State Beach Park is surrounded by giant cliffs where you will find beautiful homes overlooking the ocean views. On the east side is the Newport Rock Jetty where boats coming back from the open waters enter the Newport Harbor. Between the jetty, cliffs, and the other aspects that this location has to offer, Corona del Mar State Beach Park would make for a terrific choice for your photo shoot.
