Sometimes in life, we meet people and think nothing of it as we continue on through life only to come across that person again down the road and realize just how amazing they are. Such is the story of Matt & Breean. Matt knew Breean for years but little did they know that this day would eventually come. As an Orange County wedding photographer, it was really something special to be a part of Matt & Breean’s day. For me, it was special because they have such an awesome story of how they met which you can read here: Orange County Engagement Photographer | Matt & Breean. But it was also special because Matt and I went to college together and lived in the same dorm hall. In knowing him, I can honestly say that I don’t think I have ever seen such a big smile on his face before nor do I think I have ever seen him fight back tears so hard before! Truly their day was one filled with tears of joy, friends, family, and of course laughable moments. Being an Orange County wedding photographer it was great seeing the wonderful venue they chose just a short drive away at the Hold Out Ranch in Castaic. If you’re in need of a beautiful ranch property for a large event it’s definitely worth checking out. I think one of my favorite moments of the day was photographing our wonderful couple in a giant open field with horses. Matt & Breean’s day is one I certainly will cherish for a long time and I hope these pictures also bring a smile to your face.
