Although we are located in Orange County, we love when couples hire us to photograph their weddings, engagements, or family affairs in Los Angeles or other parts of Southern California, including the city of Temecula, Southern California’s Wine Country. Being a Southern California Professional Photographer I just adore the couples we meet and get to know personally. But perhaps our favorite part is to hear their stories. This is especially true for Cora and Jeremy. A truly wonderful couple that we had the pleasure of photographing at their Peltzer Winery Wedding.
This wedding venue is the perfect location for your dream country wedding. Surrounded by the rolling hills of vineyards, they offer both outdoor and indoor sites for your ceremony and reception. A Peltzer Winery Wedding in Temecula makes for a beautiful wedding location.
Jeremy had three prerequisites for the woman he was going to marry. She had to be a Christian, like country, and like guns. After meeting Cora and finding out that she fit his list, he knew she’d be the one for him!
This colorful rustic wedding was the perfect summer celebration. From getting ready in an airstream, to sporting a Lakers jacket, and all of the sunflowers incorporated throughout the day, this bright and cheery wedding was such a blast to be a part of!
Their color palette of red, yellow, white and gray was carried through all of the important aspects of the day. From the groom’s gray suit and the groomsmen dressed in red and gray, to the scarlet knee-length dresses that the bridesmaids wore, the sunflower bouquets and all the way down to the gorgeous bride’s red nail color, every detail was perfectly in place.
Cora chose an absolutely gorgeous lace gown with intricately detailed beading and a full ruffled bottom. She was a stunning bride and had heads turning all day! Her and the handsome groom both wore cowboy boots to finish their looks and tie in with the rustic theme.
The outdoor garden ceremony site was set in front of a rustic metal structure and a wooden archway adorned with hanging vines. Beneath hanging marquee string lights, these two said I do and continued the celebration indoors! The gorgeous indoor barn space, known as the Crush House, was the perfect balance of industrial country and the elegant ambiance of a winery. Boasting tall ceilings, a dazzling chandelier, and long community-style tables, this reception was an extravagant experience for the couple and their closest friends and family members.

Cora and Jeremy’s Love Story
Tell us about your first date. Who was more nervous and what did you guys do?
I was more nervous. We met at Saddle Ranch in Orange for dinner and drinks.
What’s the proposal story? Give us all the details and tell us, who cried first?
Jeremy proposed to me at my favorite restaurant in Newport Beach called The Rusty Pelican. He had the waiter take a picture of us and next thing I know he was down on one knee.
As you approach the wedding day, what have you both enjoyed most about the wedding planning process?
Having everything booked early.
Why did you choose your particular wedding and reception venue?
I’ve always wanted a barn wedding (Love Country) and also love wine so it was the perfect place!
Where did you draw some of your inspiration from for your wedding day?
I’ve just checked on Pinterest for what it would look like.
Where are you going for the honeymoon? Are you excited and why did you choose that destination?
We are going to St. Lucia in the Bahamas! We are very excited!! I chose this place because I’ve been dreaming to go there for years now!
