Serendipity Gardens Wedding

Andrea and Chris’s love story started just over ten years ago at the most magical place on earth- the one and only Disneyland. After spending the evening celebrating a mutual friend’s birthday, they both felt sparks flying (and it wasn’t just because of the fireworks!). On the day of their eighth anniversary, they returned to downtown Disney and Chris proposed to the love of his life!

After a few years of planning, the wedding day was finally here! With its stunning lush green mountain views and romantic, rustic, and elegant atmosphere, Serendipity Gardens was the perfect intimate setting to say “I do”.

Andrea’s gorgeous locks were twisted into an elegant updo with a delicate floral hairpiece by the talented Beauty by Betty, who also styled her beautiful bridal makeup. She walked down the aisle in an absolutely stunning sweetheart gown from Pronovias. With an elegant floral lace overlay, a deep scoop back, and gorgeous details, she had heads turning the entire day! Her bouquet was crafted by a talented family member and was a flawless arrangement of white and blush roses, with pops of blue throughout. While her bridesmaids were dressed to perfection in soft cornflower blue gowns, the groomsmen were looking dapper in deep gray suits and ties to match the bride tribe. The wonderful groom, Chris, was dressed in a deep slate blue full suit and tie.

The ceremony site was rustic and quite dreamy! An arched altar framed the gorgeous green surroundings, with draping white fabric and a beautiful hanging floral arrangement of white and green. The outdoor reception, set with a backdrop of the setting sun over the rolling hills, and oversized marquee light letters from Lights for Nights spelling out their “LOVE” for each other, was a romantic experience for the couple and their loved ones. Guests sat at long, rustic, community-style tables decorated with golden charger plates, white table linens, and greenery. They celebrated through the night by enjoying a delicious meal catered by Serendipity Catering, a modern yet elegant 4-tiered cake from Michelle’s Bakery, and grooving to tunes by Musical Phunktions DJs. One of our favorite moments of their Serendipity Garden wedding was when Andrea surprised Chris with a layout of dozens of photos she’d taken throughout the years at all the places they had adventured and traveled to! He was so surprised and it was such a sweet and unique gift!
