Some locations can be super crowded. While a session at the beach, a popular park or Disneyland can be great, it may not be ideal for you.

Do you love nature? Did you go to a fair on your first date? While a beautiful garden might be fun for some, maybe it isn't the perfect location for you.

As seasons shift so does temperature, sunset times, foliage and crowds. Not all locations are a great choice year round.

In a city that is famous for their coastline beach and surfing lifestyle, Huntington Beach has way more to offer than just the sea life. And although the beach makes for great engagement photography, approximately four miles northwest from the Huntington Beach Pier is the largest city-owned park in all of Orange County, the Huntington Beach Central Park. A Huntington Beach Central Park Engagement Photography session by Three16 Photography will make for beautiful photos that will last a lifetime.
Developed in 1974, Central Park sits on 350 acres of land, and has it all for the nature lover, which makes it a great location to capture in your engagement session. In addition to its open grass fields, Central Park has plenty of hiking trails that we can take. Along the way, we’ll come across plenty of trees, bushes and flowers, as well as lakes and streams. The park offers a variety of events throughout the year, so one of the neat features we’ll come across on our hike is an old amphitheater right there in the woods. The benches are wooden and often small plays are put on here such as Shakespeare in the Park, among others. In addition, they have their own dog park, an equestrian center, areas to play frisbee golf, and a few small outdoor cafes in the event you want to grab a bite or something to drink.
Huntington Beach Central Park is closely located near the Huntington Beach Central Library, the Huntington Beach Sports Complex, as well as the Red Horse Barn, the Hilton Waterfront Hotel, The Huntington Club, Huntington Bay Club, and the Newland Barn, just to name a few. This is truly a great location for your naturesque engagement photo session to take place at.
